Meet the two newest members of the Feist household: Fawkes and Hedwig, gold-breasted waxbills, and Camden's early birthday present from Trent and me. They are the smallest members of the finch family and are about 3 inches tall, from head to tail.

| They are a mated pair and are pretty cute together. |

| Fawkes, the male, is easy to spot because of his bright colors (hence "Fawkes" as in the phoenix from Harry Potter), especially his red eye shadow. Hedwig, obviously, is the female. |

| Camden loves his birdies! (And Trent is ecstatic that I've agreed to having pets in the house.) |
