Denver Zoo

Today was 85 degrees and overcast, but it didn't rain -- a perfect day for Camden's first trip to the zoo! We only wish that Daddy could have been there, too.

Cool, an elephant -- the first animal Cam saw at the zoo.

Chillin' in the stroller in front of the mountain goats.

The rest of the stroller patrol. We all met with our kiddos to go to the zoo. Sometimes, it's still hard to believe I'm part of that crowd now.

Of course, Camden is the only one in the picture who is too social to keep his hands to himself.

Making friends with Mason.

"Scrunchy-Face" Camden, his new favorite facial expression, which is often accompanied by a sniffing or snorting noise. That's our baby!

It's always helpful to "scrunchy face" at the monkeys.

First train ride.

On the way home.

Getting Ready for Church

Sunday morning (actually, it was Father's Day), he was just too cute for words! Had to grab my camera.

Trent has started calling me "Mamarazzi" (you know, instead of Paparazzi). Aw, shucks, I just can't help myself!

Day in the Country

Cam's first encounter with horses.

He kicked and squealed and got all excited.

"That's a horsie, Camden."

Mom and Baby hanging out in the ranch house.

Handsome Daddy.

Day at the Museum

We went to the Nature and Science Museum with Lindsay and the kids yesterday. What fun!

Dallin and Camden were already tuckered out just from the ride there!

The Hall of Minerals was Camden's favorite.

Mmmm... lunchtime.

Actually, we got busted for that. But I'd just like to know why they have tables and chairs in the atrium if they don't want mommies to stop there for a bite with their hungry kiddos.

I'm always impressed with the view from the 4-story atrium. It's hard to capture on "film" though.

After the museum, we went out to play in the park ... but Stephen and Aubrey mostly wanted to cool off in the fountain.

Meanwhile, the babies hung out with Linds and me -- nice and warm (and dry) on a nearby park bench.

Actually, Camden snoozed in the stroller during most of our park time. And then when he woke up...

... he hooked his little foot on the tray and sat up all by himself for the first time! Wahoo! "Baby 'Abs of Steel,'" as his daddy would say. (I was so glad I had my camera handy. It was so much fun to show Trent the shot last night!)

Geesh, it's bright out here, Mommy!

Aww, baby love -- my favorite!

Grampy Shirt

Thanks for the cool shirt, Granmy and Grampy!

Aren't I a cute little dude?!

Dre's Double Lapper

Hangin' with Gretchen at the annual run/walk in honor of her sister.

Gretchen said her arm hurt the next day from holding our heavy boy!

Camden was sure to babble loudly through the "moment of silence." Sorry guys!
